Lego bricks are eternal, amazing, best innovation to play, learn and create, and also to work and be together as a family or a group.

Here are some of the best Lego sets ever made.

Imperial Flagship

Lego has been doing Pirate theme sets since 1980s. The set makes a great display piece and it’s also a nice reminder that it doesn’t have to be based on franchises to be a successful Lego set.

Star Wars Millenium Falcon

There are a lot of amazing Star Wars Lego sets, and Solo Han’s fastest starship in the Star Wars universe is surely an excellent piece. There have been seven different Millenium Falcon sets, but the Ultimate Collector’s set of 2007 with 5100 pieces is the best of all. It cost about 500 $ at that time, which makes it the most expensive Lego set in retail ever.

The Batcave

Lego has quite a lot amazing superheroes sets, creating both Marvel and DC collections. This Batcave set of 2006 is the finest example of this partnership. This set is also called The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze’s Invasion and it features a 1000 pieces, a chamber for Bruce Wayne to magically switch into his bat-costume, a bat-computer station, a vehicle repair bay, and several minifigures.

Technic Grand Prix Racer

This set is not only a building set, but also features moving parts and »realistic functions« like independent all-wheel suspension, moving pistons, and steering capabilities. You can power it up by adding a motor set, which is sold separately, or convert it into a race truck.

Back to the future DeLorean Time Machine

This is amazing DeLorean set from the Back to the future movie. It features opening doors, fold-up wheels, flux capacitor, time travel display, 2 license plates, Marty’s skateboard as well as extra engine and wheels. You can customize the car to match the movie versions; step on the gas and prepare to travel Back to the Future.

Taj Mahal

This is the biggest Lego set with 5922 pieces. This 2010 set is designed for experienced builders, according to Lego, which sounds like a challenge for Lego creations fans and builders. Saruman has even his crystal ball which actually glows. You also get Gandalf’s eagle and the giant Ent.

Death Star 

There are actually two full size Lego Death Star sets, both of which are huge and terrifying as only Death Stars can be. The Death Star II Set is great, but the second set that followed in 2008, called Death Star, has actually more pieces, 3803. Based on the battle station from both A New Hope and Return of the Jedi, it features 24 minifigures and droids, and allows users to reenact just about any scene from these two movies.
